Burger King in Frankfurt

The service is not good at all the whole time. The ice machine is said to have been broken for about 7 months and the employees hardly understand anything.

Maybe you should hire employees who understand what you are ordering, but it can not be so difficult at least to organize someone who can speak English. Simply incompetent !!!!!!!

After waiting 40 minutes at the drive-in counter, we didn't order anything (although we were standing directly at the pillar) and the cars in front of us didn't move a bit. Bad staff mismanagement.

I ordered the Plant-based Whopper, they were cold, I wouldn't eat them again voluntarily. I ordered plant nuggets with which I received normal ones. That is not how it works. I cannot recommend this burgrking in any white, the masks are also not worn over the nose. That was my first and last visit.

Despite only 3 people in the shop, we had to wait almost a quarter of an hour. The whole place smelled of feces or drainage. The subtle hint to the cashier was answered with a shrug. If you want food with a distinct aftertaste, I highly recommend it to you

The food tastes really good. Staff are also friendly, but ordering takes a long time until you understand (very often experienced).

Food very good. Probably understaffed, it was pretty boring. The toilet is hardly checked or cleaned? The outside tables could be cleaner. Wiping over 2-3 tables with 1 damp cloth is unhygienic and disgusting.

Everything is always forgotten to take away, although the staff write down what you order! When I got home, two burgers were missing, no mayo was included. Ordered burger without tomato, and behold with tomato.

The food was still slightly warm and the crispy chicken was also relatively tasty. However, I got a huge pile of mustard instead of cheese sauce on a special offer burger, which was just really disgusting ... It's a shame that the orders weren't taken seriously. Had problems with food from the previous day, but wanted to give the shop another chance ... was probably a mistake.

The service was nice and hard-working, but unfortunately something went wrong. Burger was cold and probably a bit older. Goed back and got new ones. Ketchup and a portion of french fries were missing. Waited for some things to be done. Until that was all sorted out, the rest of the food was cold too.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of ordering something from Lieferando at this branch. Although it is less than 8 minutes by bike to get to my address, a delivery time of 90 minutes was specified. Unfortunately the ordered food never arrived! I can expressly advise against ordering there. Unfortunately, nobody answers the phone to give you any information ...

Worst Burger King in Frankfurt. Unfriendly service, cold burgers, long waiting times. You can tell from the employees that they don't feel like working there. They let the customer feel their frustration. Tables are not wiped down, the sanitary rooms are in a catastrophic condition. Can only advise against going there.

Relatively clean and tidy, very nice employee at the cash register, everything was fine except for the broken ice machine ??

ATTENTION ATTENTION !!! Stay away from this shop. I have been there 3 times so far (for whatever reason). Every time there has been a fight between drug dealers and junkies. Waited a long time every time and always received the wrong product. You can't criticize the staff in a friendly way. They get angry very quickly. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Ordered via a delivery app on 09/04/20. According to the app, the waiting time was 70 minutes, which wouldn't have been a problem, after all, it was Friday evening. The waiting time was then extended again to 85 minutes. After 90 minutes the restaurant called and said that a Bueger was not available and we ordered an alternative. After 2 hours there was still no food, we tried to call them several times but no one answered. After waiting 3 hours, we gave up and went to the pizzeria. We are still waiting for our food !! Such a pig shop !! Not recommendable!!

I think the drive in is optimal, when things have to go fast. Very nice, the interior with the glass facade. Fast operation on the drive in and also indoors. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended ?

Good burger

The concept of Fast Food has not been grasped at this place. I spent 10 minutes observing a single service person attending 1 customer inside (who had ordered before I came in) and one at the drive thru window. All the while he would have made a sloth look like Usain Bolt during a 100m track race. Can’t tell about the food since I decided to cut the story short and leave.

A million times better then the pork hating compitition. Though BK were always the more expensive of the two.

Visitin this branch from last 2 nites around their closin time. Nice, Hot n Good Quality food. Night shift staff are really NICE, Hard Working, Customer Friendly n really really Cool personality. Awesome. Keep up the good work guys/girls. The kind of service you deserve in Deutschland, this branch n the staff r providin that. N sorry for comin down around your closin time. I will try my level best to come as early as possible before your closin time..

Too slow service. Same every day. No urgency

We waited for 1 hour, most inefficient staff and kitchen I have ever seen in my life and we also saw mice running around on the floor and big rats in the outside area. They didn’t even have water and we got takeaway and they forgot three of our burgers but charged us for them. They didnt even want to give us a receipt. Never go here. Horrible other customers, horrible staff, horrible everything.
